The dinner is on Saturday 22nd October, 1900 for 1930. Tickets £12.50 per head.


MENU


Chicken breast stuffed with black pudding, wrapped in parma ham

and served with a cream and tarragon sauce.

OR

Cod Dugliere

(Cod poached in a white wine and fish stock, topped with tomato concasse).

OR

Goats cheese tart and salad.

All served with croquette or new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Chocolate Mousse
